Only new or almost new modular/mobile homes build to current standards (2x6 contruction for example) will receive building permits. Most manufactured homes to 5 years old to (possibly) 10 years old should qualify, but please confirm with the Village of Tahsis if the home you intend to relocate to Tahsis will meet their requirements.
